There you go... the very begining!

The sound is crap on the YouTube clip, and it hicups here and there.... but now you can say you've seen a rare one.

Back before The River!

Back before Splindor Solis!

With Jeff Burrow's Head band!

With Jeff Martin's scarf and fancy little shimmy dance!

(Stuart seemed pretty normal lol)

This is what Started it all people!!!

Now granted, they're all completely embarassed by this music video I am told, which may explain why this is the only version I can find anywhere... but this is the very start. Everybody hates their beginings and get embarassed, hell I got plenty myself of things I've worked on or done that I'm kinda embarassed about, but others like it.

The song was great, the beat was nice, the video suited the time and budget lol.... so what more could you ask for?

ahahahahaha

white pants, skinny ties & paisley shirts... what more could anyone ask for?

i nearly died laughing the first time i saw this, and it hasn't really changed.. still makes me giggle.

who would have thought on first seeing that way back when how far those boys would go? it probably wouldn't have done much for had that been the first thing i ever heard.

You know, I didn't really find the video that bad.... I mean, this was also 1990 I believe... this was also the time of MC Hammer, Vanillia Ice, and many cheesy videos from a lot of, what were at the time, very popular bands and artists.

It just flat reminds me of that time and for rock and roll of the time, that video was about as good as it got as bad as that may sound... I'm not trying to defend the video, it's just what they all seemed like at the time.

oh i agree it perfectly fits the time it was made in.... but not seeing it until a couple of years ago, the laughing was mostly because i hadn't really given much thought to where the band began.

to see that this is where they started, that they were victims of a horrible fashion era is amusing.. i hadn't really imagined that there was anything before the big hair of the river video Smile

It's hard to believe that's the same band that made Transmission. Obviously not speaking in terms of quality but sound.

Does anyone know if the church you see in this video is All Saints church in Windsor, Ontario? It looks like it could be, and the path leading up to the church that they show in the video reminds me of the path leading up to All Saints (or at least the one that used to lead up to All Saints--I'm not sure whether it has since been changed since I haven't really noticed for a while).
I know I've heard this video was shot in downtown Windsor and All Saints is in downtown Windsor.
